Wellspring provides ARI\u2019s legal, fiduciary, administrative, and governance platform while protecting the Institute\u2019s intellectual and editorial independence. We begin with energy and climate transitions because they reach into every part of Africa\u2019s development future.\u00a0<\/p><p>Energy shapes industrialisation, public services, enterprise, and human opportunity. Climate change increasingly affects infrastructure, agriculture, finance, livelihoods, ecosystems, and security.
